Borough regulations, which do not allow parking in front of the Building, which greatly inspired and dictated the shape of the Building. The contrast between dark brick and light wood accentuates the effect of imbalance generated by the overhang, which is an effect desired by the Designers. The open-plan interior layout, with the kitchen at the center and living areas on either side, allows residents to make the space their own.
