Inspired by the geode, a hollow mineral mass whose interior is lined with crystals, this construction evokes a mineral/vegetal cohabitation that can be found in nature. A historical reflection is also put forward by proposing a contemporary reinterpretation of the artisanal character and sobriety of the workers’ buildings of the time.
A diversity of typologies is featured, offering one-, two- and three-bedroom units, ensuring a mix within the building, but at the same time retaining families in the city, where housing is at stake.
