Each of the project’s plexes has its own materiality and template, while displaying facade proportions typical of the neighborhood. The template of the various blocks is modulated according to their immediate neighbors, in order to form a coherent built ensemble. The proposal features humble, structured architecture, but with a finesse and cachet reminiscent of period plexes. The chosen brick colors match those of the neighborhood, giving the project a form of sobriety while enhancing its contemporary architecture.
