SOPHIE COUTURE

Senior architect
Project Manager

As some of us know, being a parent is often a contradiction in terms of : gentleness and firmness, authority and flexibility, availability and distance… all surrounded by a layer of unconditional, unwavering benevolence! In this sense, although she’s not the only mother at Adhoc, Sophie personifies the Office Mum better than anyone.

A balance that also reflects in her interests: with her university studies in visual arts, Sophie now continues to put her dexterity to good use in her eternal renovation projects. When she doesn’t have a hammer in her hand, she likes to seek inspiration in museums, here or elsewhere in the world.

A balance that’s also reflected in her interests: with her university studies in visual arts, Sophie now continues to put her dexterity to good use in her eternal renovation projects. When she doesn’t have a hammer in her hand, she likes to seek inspiration in museums, here or elsewhere in the world.

The (rare) whims of her children, as well as the vagaries of the profession, have honed her patience, so that today Sophie always approaches new challenges with calm and serenity. Be that as it may, don’t be fooled: despite her gentle voice, she doesn’t let it get in her way; the expression “an iron fist in a velvet glove” is just what she needs. Sophie is undoubtedly the person you need to nurture your projects to maturity.
