Designed as a functional and efficient building, it aims above all to connect sensitively with the existing residential fabric. Through a series of vertical and horizontal cut-outs, the fa\u00e7ade becomes lighter and adjusts to the scale of the neighborhood while asserting a contemporary presence.<\/p>\n<p>The mansard roof, inspired by neighboring buildings, reflects a typo-morphological approach that echoes the area\u2019s architectural pattern, while its distinctive material treatment expresses the project\u2019s modernity. Thoughtfully and rigorously designed, Shearer incorporates an anti-collision concrete wall, masonry walls, and carefully calibrated openings to mitigate the noise and vibrations of the railway.
