Monochrome, the facades echo the superimposition of fabrics. Folds, superimpositions, shifts, fluidity and movement form the language of the proposed architecture, while a variety of white and silver materials is combined with finesse to communicate both commercial and residential functions. On St-Hubert, the cladding takes advantage of the modular nature of brick to suggest a facade in movement. More discreet, the facade on Saint-André superimposes brick and metal cladding, blending in with the street’s residential character through the verticality of its lines.
