Winner (2018) - LEED Platinum certification The 17-unit residential project is linked to a heritage building on "Sainte-Catherine" Street, which meticulously composed facade features numerous sets of bricks. The observed checkerboard effect guided the architectural concept, supporting the link between the new construction and the existing building. The façade of "Le Jardinier" was therefore composed with similar meticulousness, proposing a strong quincunx that is reflected even in the spatial organization of the apartments.
